Terms condition of repairation:-
(1) Media house shall not be for legal ownership of product.
(2)Media House shall not be held responsible if problem can not be solved or some other problem develops in the product in process of repairs
(3)Media House shall not be responsible for deterioration in physical condition of product.
(4)virus removal and formatting is not part of warranty hence if required would be done on chargeable basis.
(5)software installation is not done.
(6)no disputes on missing component will be entertained.
(7)Back up your data before leaving your system,lost data is not our responsibility.
(8)Validity: 1 Month.
(9)warranty will be void if product is burnt, physically damaged.
Agreement/Delcaration of customer: I am informed and provided with the below options from DELL authorized centre –at kanaknidhi complex,nanpura,surat . A)Out of warranty plan. B)no accidental warranty cover of the system ,and part will be replaced on chargeable basis regardless system is in warranty or out of warranty by DELL. However I have declined above two proposals(A)and(B)and placed order with MEDIA HOUSE.I agree with terms & conditions as per above with MEDIA HOUSE. And completely understand &will not make any claim with DELL/Dell authorized Service Centre. *
